System Reset

After a circuit breaker tripping or main switch tripping, the Thermostat will automatically reset

its system. System reset will not change the configuration, the Wi-Fi setup and settings on the

Thermostat and your Portal account. The Thermostat will automatically reconnect to your Portal

account, if you have one.

If your Thermostat is not working according to your expectation, or you need to perform a system

reset for your Thermostat, use a paper clip to press the System Reset Pinhole at the bottom of your

Thermostat.

During system reset, the Thermostat will perform a System Check and try to recover the connection to

the Cloud based on previous Wi-Fi settings. If connection to Cloud is successful, the LCD display will

return to Home Screen for Normal Operation.
