5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
5.1. INITIAL CHECKS
To quickly and successfully assemble your grill, please follow the instructions
below:
• Remove all parts from the packaging and carefully arrange them on a level
surface (sorting small from large parts).
• Check if all included parts are in the packaging. In order to do so, please refer to
the list of parts included with the grill.
• Follow the assembly order as indicated in this manual.
• To assemble, use tools provided with the product.
• Always insert all attaching components (screws, nuts, etc.) as shown in the
following images.
• Be careful when assembling your grill. Many parts may have sharp edges or
corners.
• Remove all adhesive tape or protective film that might be stuck over the grill
parts. Use a soft cloth and alcohol to wipe the grill.
Follow all instructions in this manual for the correct grill assembly procedures.
Assembly sequence:
STEP 1
Attach one side panel (item 20) to the left front and back legs (items 26 and 28)
using M6x12 screws (item A) as shown in picture 01. Attach the other side panel
(item 20) to the right front and back legs (items 18 and 22) using M6x12 screws
(item A) as shown in picture 02.
STEP 2
Attach the caster wheels (item 21) to the legs using existing holes on the back of the
legs. Then attach the lower base (item 23) to the side panels and legs using M6x12
screws (item A) as shown in picture 03.
STEP 3
Attach the front panel (item 19) to the front legs using M6x12 screws (item A).
Then attach the magnet (item 24) using M3x10 screws and M3 nuts (items B and
C) as shown in picture 04.
STEP 4
Attach the supporting pillar (item 27) to the front legs using M4x10 screws (item D)
as shown in picture 05.
STEP 5
Assemble the doors (item 25) by pressing the fixation pins, fitting them in the holes
in the lower base and supporting pillar as shown in picture 06.
