Connecting the machine to the pneumatic system and power supply
WARNING! Any electric connection job must be carried out by professionally qualified personnel.
Make sure that the power supply is right, check if it corresponds with the voltage on the
nameplate of the machine.
Improper electrical hook-up can damage motor and will not be covered under warranty.
- Make sure the machine is properly grounded.
- Connect the machine to the power supply.
- Check if the machine is connected properly
by pressing the turntable control pedal (D,
fig.11), the turntable should turn clockwise.
This test is very important
- Connect the machine to the pneumatic
system, connect the hose of the compressed
air system to the coupling on the air supplier
set (C, fig.10).
- Test the inflation gun: when pulling the
trigger, air should be released from the
nozzle of the inflation gun. When the button on
the inflation gun is pressed, air should be released
from the head.
- Now test the bead breaker by pressing the bead
breaker control pedal (C, fig.11). Do this 3-5 times
and let someone else watch if a drop of oil is
injected in the regulator on the back of the
machine (F, fig.10). If this is not the case, adjust
with adjusting screw (E, fig.10)
