Mounting the (de)mountingarm
- Only carry out this action with at least two persons!
- Remove the allenbolt (H, fig.7) and take of the knob (B, fig.7)
and spring (A, fig.7).
- Tilt the column back and slide the (de)mountingarm (E, fig.7)
through the opening in the horizontal arm.
Make sure the
(de)mountinghead (F, fig.7) is in the wright direction!
- Now place the protective cover over the (de)mountingarm, do
not fix it yet.
- Place the spring (A, fig.7) over the (de)mountingarm and hold
it in place with the knob (B, fig.7) now place the allenbolt (H,
fig.7) and tighten it firmly.
- Now you can fix the protective cover.
Mounting the grease cup holder ring
- Place the holder (R, fig.8) in the holes in the frame of the
machine. You can find the holder ring in the accessory box.
Mounting the bead breaker
- The bead breaker arm (1, fig.9) is already mounted.
- Loosen the nut, which is placed on the piston rod (4, fig.9).
- Pull the bead breakerarm (1, fig.9) outwards all the way, till
the piston rod (4, fig.9) comes out entirely.
- Place the rubber buffer (2, fig.3) over the piston rod to the
side of the machine and place the piston rod back through the
hole in the bead breaker arm (1, fig.9). Now tighten the nut
using an air drill.

Now place the bead breaker shovel (3, fig.9) And connect it
firmly using the washer and nut.
Connecting the inflation gun
- Connect the inflation gun to the air hose.
- Connect the air hose of the inflation gun to the air supplier set
by connecting the air hose coupling (A, fig.10) to the air
supplier set coupling (B, fig.10).
