IMPORTANT
To ensure the repeatability of the
factory preset
sensors
, you must reinstall the spacers supplied

f)Evenlyadjustthemountingscrews(12)(0.5kg.m)to
avoidanyriskoftheloadlimitermovingwithrespect
tothewirerope.Toomuchclampingforcecanresult
indamagetotheclamp.
g)Checkthattheloadlimiteriscorrectlypositionedby
performing a lifting movement up to the high limit
switch and check that the pulley block (18) does
not touch the load limiter. If necessary, correct the
limitswitchadjustmenttokeepsufficientclearance
betweentheloadlimiterandthepulleyblock.Also
check, when the pulley block is at the high limit
switch, that the load limiter does not come into
contactwiththecranestructure.
4.3. Load limiter electrical connection
a)Correctly secure the electrical cable of the load
limiteruptothecontrolcabinet.
b)Connectthecontrolcircuitcontactwiresasinstructed
in§4.4.

Only one safety feature should be managed by
one of the NC contacts of the load limiter; in this
way, an overload situation will be detected when
the contacts open. Applying this condition will
alsoensureapositivesafetyfunctionforthelifting
machineintheeventofanaccidentalinterruption
ofthelinkbetweentheloadlimiterandthecontrol
circuit.
The NO contacts are intended for management
of slack cable situations and/or situations where
the operator warning system has been triggered
subsequenttocross-overofoneofthethresholds.
