Status
:
Displays the status of the global address.
Normal: Indicates that the global address is normal.
Try: Indicates that the global address may be newly
configured.
Repeat: Indicates that the corresponding address is
duplicate. It is illegal to access the switch using this
address.

Management Port IPv4
The Management Port is a dedicated Ethernet port for out-of-band management of the device.
Traffic on this port is segregated from operational network traffic on the switch ports and
cannot be switched or routed to the operational network. Use this page to configure network
information on the management port.

System → System Info → Management Port IPv4
to load the following page.

The following entries are displayed on this screen:
IPv4 Protocol Configuration
IPv4 Protocol:
Specify IPv4 Address allocate mode of the management port.
None: Setup manually.
DHCP: Allocated through DHCP.
DHCP Client-ID:
The DHCP Client-ID (Option 61) is used by DHCP clients to
specify their unique identifier. This value is expected to be
unique for all clients in an administrative domain.
IP Address:
Specify the IP address of the interface when the
Management Port Configuration Protocol is None.
Subnet Mask:
Specify the Subnet Mask of the interface when the
Management Port Configuration Protocol is None.
