3-3. Adjusting the seats

■

When children are in the vehicle

For Taiwan: Children of 12 years old and under are prohibited from sitting in

the front passenger seat. Make sure to sit them in a rear passenger seat.

■

Seat adjustment

After adjusting the seat, make sure that the seat is locked in position.

■

Precautions for tumbling seats (tumbling seats only)

●

Do not allow passengers sit on the tumbled seat assembly.

●

When returning the tumbled seats to their original position, be careful not

to hit a passenger or luggage with the seats.

●

After returning the seats, make sure that they are locked securely by push-

ing and pulling the top of the seatback and pulling up on the edge of the

seat cushion. If the seats are not locked securely, the seat belts for the

rearmost seats may not be able to be used properly.
