Lower lamination roll: 

insert the lamination roll into the reel holder (follow above instructions and make sure the right side of the film 

will face the roller). Keep the lamination roll on the core adaptors as these will avoid lamination film rotating on the shaft. Screw the core 
adaptor’s bolts tightly. 
Place the roll shaft on the brackets and make sure it’s securely fixed in.

 

In case of double side lamination upper and lower laminating rolls must have the same width and must be correctly aligned in 
order to avoid glue to be applied on machine rolls. In case the rolls are not aligned, unscrew the bolts on core adaptors in order 
to move the lamination roll and set perfect alignment.

5)  Use a spare sheet (of the same size intended to be laminated) in order to drive the lamination film in the machine. From the ma-

nual operation menu (fig. 6.5) use the forward button to run the rollers and make this operation easier.

6)  Activate rollers heating accordingly to the specific lamination film used.
7)  Adjust in the home menu the exact length of the sheets to be processed. 
8)  While the machine reaches target temperature adjust the sheet separator (fig. 6.14) accordingly to the paper thickness.
9)  Once the working temperature is reached, READY button will appear in the home menu, lock rollers pressure and run the machine 

in manual mode pressing forward button (18 in fig. 6.13) until the spare sheet has passed through the lamination rolls leaving 
behind around one cm.

10) Press the feeding button (20 in fig. 6.13) and wait for the machine stop after feeding the first sheet.

Make sure the paper is fed smoothly from the feeder.

11) Following machine stop after the first sheet feeding the feeding button is no longer blinking. Now it’s possible to run the machine 

by pressing the start button the home menu.

For the user’s safety, it is very important that the protection shield is in place on the top heated roller when the machine is swi-
tched on.
