Missed call notification icon is dependent on the

wireless service provider. The first New Voice Mail
notification icon is displayed when the network
supports the SMS notification of Voice Mail, and this
has been selected by the user. The second New

Voice Mail notification icon will be displayed when
SMS notification of Voice Mail is not active.
