GL-1020 Administrator’s Guide

The

Backup

File Information page opens. It displays the

backup file name (for example, TA20000330_083430.tmc)
and the file size.

Click the

File Name

link.

The File Download dialog box opens.

Click

Save this file to disk

and click

In the

Save As dialog box select the file location and click

Save.

Restoring Files

Use the Restore feature to recover a backup of your address book,
templates or mailboxes from your client PC.

On the

Administration

tab, click the Maintenance submenu.

Click the

Restore

link.

Type the name(s) of the previously saved file(s) or click

Browse

to locate the file(s).

Click

Upload

to restore the file(s).

The Restore screen displays the backup file information.

Click

Continue

Cancel
