This allows the user to choose which version of PDF e-BRIDGE Re-Rite will
create.

For RTF/DOC/DOCX formats

•

Subsequent options

and

Subsequent options

Delivery Item
The delivery item has the following format:
<field1 name="delivery">{delivery code}</field1>
Where
{delivery code}
represents one of the following value:
•
email - for delivery via email
•
ftp - for delivery via ftp
•
folder - for delivery to a network folder
The value specified here directly affects how the
deliveryaddress
item will be interpreted. The
expected format of the delivery address field depends on the value of the delivery field. So that
if the delivery field contain
then the delivery address will be expected to have the format
of an email address.
It would be preferable to be able to localise these parameters so that the words
,
ftp
and
folder
appear in the native language of the user. However this will need to be deferred to a later
release of e-BRIDGE Re-Rite.
Filename Item
The filename item has the following format:
<field1 name="filename">{filename format}</field1>
Where
{filename format}
represents a format string used to specify the output file name. A
format string is a text value that can contain special codes that are replaced with values at the
time that the file name is generated. The following codes are supported:
