1. REMOVAL OF MECHANICAL PARTS
AND P.C. BOARDS
1-3: POWER PCB (Refer to Fig. 1-3)

Remove the Holder PCB in the direction of arrow (A).
Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP501, CP8101 and CD301)
.
Remove the 6 screws (1).
Remove the Power PCB in the direction of arrow (B).
1-2: LCD PANEL AND REMOCON PCB (Refer to Fig. 1-2)

Disconnect the following connectors:
(CD7005, CD7006 and CP2804)
.
Remove the LCD PANEL in the direction of arrow (A).
Disconnect the following connector:
(CP7601)
.
Unlock the support (1).
Remove the Remocon PCB in the direction of arrow (B).

Remove the 2 screws (1).
Remove the Stand Ass'y in the direction of arrow (A).
Remove the 6 screws (2).
Remove the Front Cabinet Ass'y in the direction of arrow
(B).

Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP2201 and CP3002)
.
Remove the 6 screws (1).
Remove the Spring Earth 1 and Digital PCB in the
direction of arrow (A).
Remove the 3 screws (2).
Remove the Operation PCB in the direction of arrow (B).
