CAUTION:

When the specific case of machining is occurred or if there is any untypical kind of workpiece, the special

regard must be taken to it.

The operator can be endangered by means of undesirable emissions.

The emission of oil mist and the other products connected with the
machining process.

When the cutting conditions and technology recommended in this Manual are followed, there will be no emission of oil
mist and other products.

Transport and putting into operation of lathe.

Lathe transport.

Lathe is transported as assembled unit.

Location of lathe and its putting into operation.

Detailed data of: - choice of operating position

- building of foudation

- location and levelling

- working atmosphere

- connection the switchboard to the mains

are described in this Manual, chapter "Conditions for Installation and Assembly".

Instructions for the lathe operation

are described in detail in single chapters of this Manual both from the point of view of

the operator and maintenance and service.

Description of lathe tests

taking with the aim of verification the accuracy or diagnostics of operating characteristics are

mentioned in part of accuracy and reliability of lathe “The Set of technical measurements and checks“.
