Quick connection
Fill the hydraulic oil:
-Remove the rubber protection at the base of the riveter.
- Hold the tool upside down and unscrew the cylinder cap with the supplied wrench, remove the pneumatic piston
with a suitable pliers.

Hold the frame vertically, as the hydraulic oil will flow if it is tilted sideways.
-
Fill with hydraulic oil until the oil flows out of the filling hole.
-Lightly lubricate the inner wall of the cylinder, the O-ring and the piston rod.
-Reverse the above procedure to go back up.
HYDRAULIC OIL REQUIREMENTS
ISO viscosity: VG46 The recommended oils are:
Viscosity Index: 113 Shell Tellus No. 46
Viscosity at 40 ° C: 46 t.s.l. Esso Teresso N ° 46
Viscosity at 100°C: 7.06 s.s.t. Mobil D.T.E. 25 oil (average)
Flash point: 228
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Select and mount the end cap according to the size of the rivet using the key provided. (fig. 1)
- Place a rivet by sliding the tail into the end of the riveter
- Press the rivet flange against the outside surface of the hole provided for receiving the
rivet.
- Pull the tool trigger and hold the riveter firmly until the rivet tail cut is complete and ejec

ted. Otherwise, release the trigger and resume pulling by pulling again.
- Check at each riveting that the ejection of the rivet tail is done naturally.
- Do not use the riveter if a rivet tail has got stuck in the ejector chamber.
- Empty the rivet tail recuperator periodically, it must be rotated a quarter turn to remove
and replace it. (fig. 2)
