you can decrease the increased reflected
power by pressing ENTRY button.
SWR Bar-graph
With the LED bar-graph, you can
recognize the tuning status visually. Graph
shows a SWR at transceiver (or linear)
output point, and not a reflected power.
When auto tuning is completed, all LEDs
will go off. At time possibly one green LED
could remain lighted.
Note
When tuning in frequency counter mode, re-
tuning may take slightly longer time. For the
frequency counter has to acquire the
operating frequency.
THRU
1.8MHz FUNC NON
C1=12 C2=19 TRU1
You can bypass the tuner while still
connected to the linear (or x-ceiver) and
the antenna.
You need to select and set either TRU1,
TRU2, or TRU3, predicated on which
antenna port you have selected for that
particular band.
It is a useful function when testing linear
with dummy load, or when TX/RX
frequency is much different each other
(split QSO).
This bypass (Thru) setting is required for
each band respectively.
