FUEL SYSTEM

ASSEMBLY

Install a new O-ring [1] to the insulator A [2].
Install the ring [3] to the insulator A and install them to

the fuel pump unit [4].
Install the fuel pump Assy. to the fuel pump case [5]

securely.
Install the insulator B [6] and plate [7] to the fuel pump

Assy.
Install the collar [8] and a new O-ring [9] to the fuel

pump Assy.
Install the grommet [10] and collar [11] to the fuel pump

case.
Install a new O-ring [12] to the drain screw [13] and

tighten the screw to the specified torque.

Install the harness holder [1] to the fuel pump cover [2].
Install the holder [3] to the fuel pump cover and set the

two terminals [4] of the harness as shown.

Install a new O-ring [1] to the fuel pump case [2].
Connect the Blue/Yellow terminal [3] of the fuel pump

cover side to the positive (+) terminal [4] of the fuel

pump side.

Connect the Black terminal [5] of the fuel pump cover

side to the negative (–) terminal [6] of the fuel pump

side.

TORQUE: 1.5 N·m (0.15 kgf·m, 1.1 lbf·ft)
