CARE AND CLEANING

1. Let Wok cool then remove Temperature Control Probe.

2.

NEVER IMMERSE THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL PROBE IN WATER
OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.

If necessary, it can be wiped off with a damp

cloth then dried.

3. Wash the Wok, Lid, Spatula, Tempura Rack and Cooking Chopsticks in

warm soapy water. The Wok and Lid can also be placed in the dishwasher.
If necessary, use a nylon scouring pad that is safe for non-stick cookware.
NEVER USE STEEL WOOL OR ABRASIVE CLEANERS ON ANY PART OF THE
APPLIANCE.

4. Dry thoroughly.

5. High heat may discolour the non-stick surface. This is normal and will not

affect the performance or the life of the non-stick coating.
