4. Shutdown
If the product is not used for a long period of time (one day or more) after the
operation, stop steam and water supply to the unit and then shut down the unit.
Before finishing operation, make sure that hot water is not being used at the
intended location for use.
1) Close the steam inlet valve [D] slowly.
2) When the valve [B] on the hot water outlet piping is closed, open the valve
slowly and supply water for a while.
3) After supplying water for one minute or more and confirming that the steam
pressure in the unit becomes 0 MPaG, close the valve [B] on the hot water
outlet piping slowly.
4) Close the valve [A] on the cold water inlet piping slowly.
5) Finally, close the valve [C] on the condensate outlet piping slowly.
