When servicing the shredding means be aware that, 

even though the power source is switched off due to 

the  interlock  feature  of  the  guard,  the  shredding 

means can still be moved. 

Replace worn or damaged parts for safety. Use only 

genuine replacement parts and accessories.

Never attempt to override the interlocked feature of 

the guard.

Do  not  leave  the  product  working  unattended  and 

keep it in a dry place out of children’s reach.

Keep hands and feet away from the cutting means at 

all times and especially when switching on the motor.

Do not touch the cutting means before the product is 

disconnected from the power supply and the cutting
