Lift the motor unit. Align
discharge chute (6) with the
opening and place the motor
unit onto the base plate (7).
Ensure the motor unit sits
properly in position.
Secure the connection with
screws (7a) and washers (7b)

NOTE:
Turn the motor unit and base plate upside down for easy
assembly if required.
Collection box
Connection to power supply
Ensure the interlock switch (11a) is on its position “OFF”.
Insert the collection box (11) into the frame (8) and slide it all the way to the
stop.
Fully pull up the interlock switch (11a) to position “ON” to secure the
collection box (11) in position (Fig. 5).

WARNING!
If the interlock switch (11a) is not fully pulled up, the
motor will not start!
The product automatically stops if the interlock switch is unlock
during operation!
WARNING!
Always use the product with the collection box (11)
attached during operation to protect yourself against dashed debris
and avoid injuries! Do not use the product with a damaged
collection box or without one at all!
Never attempt to override the interlock feature of the collection box!
WARNING!
Check the voltage! The voltage must comply with the
information on the rating label!
The extension cord must be suitable for outdoor use with sockets
protected against water splashing.
Ensure the extension cord is of the proper size and type for your product:
• 1.5 mm

for up to 60 m
• 2.5 mm
2
for up to 100 m
Always use a residual current device (RCD) protected supply!
