4 – TIPS FOR INCREASING RANGE
The range is around 70 km for a user weighing 75 kg at an average speed of 18 km/h on a route in eco mode.
Here are some tips for saving your battery’s energy and increasing your TilBike’s range.
•
When starting : set the power to the lowest speed
•
In traffic jams : set the power to the lowest speed
•
Starting on a hill : Before stopping set the speed to half
•
Climbing a steep hill : If you are climbing a hill and the speed becomes too low, it is a good idea to set the power to maximum to increase power
•
Clear route : Your route is clear (no traffic lights, no traffic jams or riding in the country) you can then set the power to half the maximum power
•
Going downhill : You stop pedaling (freewheeling) or you peddle normally without effort by adapting your speed selection, allowing yourself to be carried gently.
•
For greater range : Start at the lowest power level. Once your bike is going, change to reach maximum power.
The range will be greater if you keep a constant speed .
