Fitting the back wheel  

•

Take the wheel and place the chain on the small gear wheel 

•

Moving backward, insert the wheel spindle into the left and right housing in the frame 

•

Place the washers and the nuts on the wheel. Tighten the nuts by hand until they touch the frame 

•

Centre the wheel compared to the frame and the mudguard. Ensure the wheel is in line with the front wheel and the position of the chain 

•

Tighten the wheel nuts on each side but not completely. Check the wheel’s position, its centering and the position of the chain again 

•

Gradually tighten the chain tensioning screws alternatively. The chain should be correctly tensioned to prevent wear on the motor 

•

Then gradually tighten the wheel nuts on each side alternately (maximum tightening torque 30Nm) and replace the screw caps 

•

Reconnect the motor and replace the “Colson” fixation on the frame.  

NB : The connector is fitted with a keyed connection. Place the two “flat” surfaces opposite one another to correctly reconnect the motor.
