Operating Guidelines for a Eurotherm 3216 Timer/Programmer.
The Eurotherm 3216 digital temperature control can be used either as a simple set
point control, where the operator sets the temperature and the incubator controls at
that temperature. Or it can be operated as a program control where the temperature
ramps from one temperature at a set rate to a second temperature, and then dwells
at that temperature for a set period of time. This ramp/dwell program has 4
ramp/dwell segments.
CHANGING THE SET TEMPERATURE:
When operating at one set temperature, simply use the “raise” or “lower” keys
to increase or decrease the set temperature.
Here we have changed the set temperature from 37ºC to 44ºC. The output of
the temperature control will automatically adjust the temperature of the
incubator to the new value.
