OPERATING THE 3216 PROGRAM:
The multiple set point program is made up of 4 ramp/dwell segments of “
TGSP 1 - 4
”
(Target set point), “
RMP 1- 4
” (Ramp to target temperature in ºC/hour), “
DWEL 1
– 4
”
(Dwell at target temperature for “x” hours). Once the program is complete it can be
repeated up to 100 times.
For example:
Start at ambient and ramp to 35ºC as quickly as possible (TGSP.1 = 35ºC,
RMP.1 = OFF).
Dwell @ 35ºC for 5 hours (DWEL.1 = 5).
Ramp from 35ºC to 40ºC in one hour (TGSP.2 = 40ºC, RMP.2 = 5ºC/hr).
Dwell at 40ºC for 5 hours (DWEL.2 = 5).
Ramp from 40ºC to 45ºC in one hour (TGSP.3 = 45ºC, RMP.3 = 5ºC/hr).
Dwell at 45ºC for 5 hours (DWEL.3 = 5).
Ramp from 45ºC to 50ºC in one hour (TGSP.4 = 50ºC, RMP.4 = 5ºC/hr).
Dwell at 5ºC for 5 hours (DWEL.4 = 5).
Program turns off and temperature returns to the original set temperature (no
repeat cycles).
By using the “Scroll”
key the operator can scroll through a list of
parameters in order to edit a program as described above. There are 15 parameters
in total.
The program would be entered as follows:
1.
Use the “Scroll”
key to step through each parameter. The first screen
will show
“
tsp.1
” parameter (Target set point 1),
