EXPLANATION OF CONTROLS
The controls are located in a control enclosure above the door.
MAIN SWITCH
This is a combination power switch and circuit breaker, when pressed this switch
allows power to be supplied to the controls and circulating fan if applicable.
Incorporated in the face of the
switch is a ’MAINS ON’ indicating light.
CAUTION:
The equipment is fitted with a combination circuit
breaker, mains switch. If the circuit breaker continues to trip, it
may indicate an electrical fault exists. Switch Off the power and
consult a qualified technician.
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER / SENSOR
This is a Eurotherm 3216 PID control with digital temperature indication of both the
set value and the operating value to 0.1°C.
Engineering parameters are configured to provide stable temperature control with
minimum over shoot and quick recovery times.
Sensor type is a DIN standard platinum resistance bulb, RTD Pt100.
Maximum recommended temperature is 60°C.
