Heater pos. error

1.

Switch the instrument OFF and ON, and try
again.

2.

Check that the transportation lock screw of
heater is taken off.

3.

Check that nothing is blocking the movement
of the heater. For example heater might be
scratching the spill shield or the fan. Adjust
heating block and heater position if needed.

4.

Realign/ replace the motor 21040990 –
stepper motor assembly.

Tip shield pos. error

1.

Make sure tip shield arm is out from cover.
Switch the instrument OFF and ON, and try
again.

2.

Check the functioning of track sensor
assembly.

3.

Replace shield motor assembly - N02024.

Serial number set

1.

Insert the serial number to instrument as
described in section 9.

2.

If problem still continues, replace the PCB
assembly MAIN-02 – 7539.

Invalid argument

1.

Check for typing errors in commands and that
not numeric values in commands are inside
limits.
