(MW) depending on the Qubit

assay performed (for example, for the

dsDNA HS assay, it uses a default value of 660 g/mol for the average
molecular weight of one DNA base pair).

To change the auto-populated MW value, press the

Molecular weight

field

and enter the desired average molecular weight of your sample.

Press

Length (bp)

field for Sample 1

(S1), enter the length (bp) of

Sample 1, then press

Enter

If all your samples have the same length, select

Auto-populate DNA length
