Results
View results

The instrument automatically displays the Results screen after the completion
of each sample run.
By default, the results are displayed in graph view, which shows the
Fluorescence vs. Concentration graph
and lists the concentration of each
original sample below the graph.
In the graph:
•
Open circles represent correct
standards.
•
Blue circles represent samples that
fall within the assay’s core range.
•
Orange circles represent samples
that fall within the assay’s extended
range.
•
Red circles represent samples that
fall outside the assay’s range.

To view a sample on the Fluorescence vs. Concentration graph, press the
desired sample on the sample list. The selected sample is displayed as a gray
circle on the graph.
