arc is too long.

B. Mains supply
voltage is more
than 10% below
nominal voltage.

check for low Mains
voltage.

dust.

D. Secondary
Diodes D2, D3,
D4, D5, D6 short
circuited
D. Check Secondary Diodes
E. Faulty Primary
IGBT Q1, Q2
E. Check Primary IGBT
Q1,Q2
F. Faulty Secondary
IGBT Q3, Q4
F. Check Secondary IGBT
Q3, Q4
G. Current
Transformer CT1
G. Replace Current
transformer CT1 if
damaged. Check that
Wiring and plug
connectors at CT1 and
connector CN13 on PCB2
(WK-4983) are firmly
connected. To confirm
CT1 current signal on
connector CN13 Pins 3
and 4(GND) at PCB2 (WK-
4983) refer to connector
CN13.
H. Faulty HF unit.
H. Remove the quick-
disconnect terminals from
the HF unit terminals AC1
and AC2. Check between
HF unit terminals AC1 and
AC2 if they short circuited
replace the HF unit.
E03 error code displayed
Primary (input) current too
high.
Weld current ceases.
Buzzer sounds
constantly. Switch
machine off then on
to reset E03 error.
