The wi r ing to this machine should be
pe r fo r med by a qualified pe r son only.
A. Input Powe r Conducto r s (Custome r Supplied Co r d)
Select size of conducto r s using table. Conducto r s
must comply with national, state, and local
elect
r ical codes. If applicable, use lugs of p r ope r
ampe r age capacity and co rr ect hole size.
B. Welding Powe r Sou r ce Input Powe r Connections
Remove the side panel next to the st r ain r elief.
Route conducto r s (co r d) th r ough st r ain r elief and
tighten sc r ews.
Connect input conducto r s as shown in illust r ation.
Connect g r een o r g r een/yellow g r ounding
conducto r to welding powe r supply g r ounding
te r minal fi r st.
Then connect input conducto r s L1, L2, and L3 to
welding powe r supply line te r minals.
Reinstall side panel onto welding powe r supply.
C. Tu r n the Line Disconnect Switch off
D. Connect the g r een o r g r een/yellow-g r ounding
conducto r to the Line Disconnect Switch g r ound
te r minal fi r st.
E. Connect input conducto r s L1, L2, and L3 to the
Line Disconnect Switch te r minals.
F. Select type and size of ove r -cu rr ent p r otection
using table (fused Line Disconnect Switch shown).
G. Close and secu r e doo r on Line Disconnect Switch.
H. Remove lockout/tagout device, and place switch
in the On position.
