8.03 Common Logic Functions
Component Function Cause
on power module temperature over 40°C fan (power unit)
off power module temperature below 40°C
on after detection “welding current on“ fan (cooling system)
off after welding process, two minutes post-cooling time
on after detection “welding current on“ pump
off after welding process, two minutes post-cooling time
8.04 Gas Test
1. P r ess the buttons (a rr ow up) and "gas type" (+) at the same time
2. The gas valve is activated fo r 30 sec.
3. A countdown is shown in the display
4. P r ess button "gas type" (+) again to end the test manually
8.05 Pump Test
1. P r ess the buttons (a rr ow up) and "mate r ial type" (-) at the same time
2. The cooling pump is activated fo r one minute
3. A countdown is shown in the display
4. P r ess button "mate r ial type" (-) again to end the test manually
8.06 Reset Adjustments
1. P r ess the buttons (a rr ow up) and "TT Ente r " at the same time
2. All seconda r y pa r amete r s a r e r eset to thei r default values
3. If Tipt r onic is active, the settings of the cu rr ent job a r e r eset to thei r p r og r ammed values
4. All adjustments of the Ext r as menu r emain unchanged
8.07 Master Reset
1. P r ess the buttons (a rr ow up) and "Mode" togethe r fo r about five sec.
2. The display shows "Maste r Reset"
3. The machine is r eset completely to facto r y settings
CAUTION :
All Tipt r onic jobs a r e deleted !!!
8.08 Torque Setting(s)
All powe r semi conducto r s and mounting sc r ews should be tightened with a to r que w r ench to 1.5 Nm.
