-- It normally takes about 10 minutes in order for your grill to
reach a pre-heating temperature of

. Cold weather and
wind may effect your preheat time.
-- If you are using volcanic rock or briquettes, it can increase the
preheat time and maximum temperature. Remember that
briquettes should NOT be used on this appliance.
The burner flames are not light
blue.
-- There is too much or not enough air to fuel the flame.
-- Elevation is most commonly the cause of this problem; cold
weather is also a common cause. Burner adjustments may be
required. Please refer to the manual for adjustment
procedures.
-- The grill may be in too windy of a location.
