USING ACCESSORY HOLDERS
Along the right edge of the Side Burner Shelf are three (3) screws with a decorative finish. These
screws can be used to hold grilling accessories like a fork, spatula, tongs or a grill brush. Simply
unscrew as required to hold the strap on the accessory. Screw back to shelf when not in use.
USING SMOKER TRAY
The enclosed stainless steel smoker tray with cover is designed to be placed directly on the flame
tamers.
