specifications in section “3.5 Installation site” on page 11. Remove the transport packaging and

The battery cabinet’s base cladding must be removed before
installing the battery cabinet
A
on the concrete base
R
or a
suitable foundation. Dismantle the two safety screws on the rear
of the battery cabinet at the corners of the base using the special
hex key
N
and remove the rear base cover.
3
Dismantle the three screws on the front of the battery cabinet on
the upper side of the base strip using a TX25 Torx screwdriver
and remove the front base cover.
4
When using an optional concrete base
R
, this must first be
installed in a suitable foundation pit in accordance with the instal-
lation instructions supplied. Before installing the battery cabinet
on the base, the perpendicularity of the base must be thoroughly
checked and corrected if necessary. Deviations can cause prob-
lems with the subsequent installation.
Finally, refill the foundation pit.

fore be taken into consideration when transporting the battery cabinet with a crane:
•
The safety instructions in section “3.4 Transport at the end customer‘s site” on page 10.
