Controls
17 Remote Panel Over-Ride Switch:
If for some reason the platform control panel
malfunctions or there is an emergency need to
move the platform from the ground controls the
Remote Panel Over-Ride button will allow the
operator to over-ride the platform controls.
Press the remote panel over-ride button
simultaneously with any other function to allow
movement.
18 Hour Meter:
Displays number of hours the ground control
panel is powered.
19 Choke:
Helps provide cold start assistance to engine.
20 Fuses:
Main power and audio fuses.
21 Red Hydraulics Function Enable Button:
Push in red Emergency Stop button to the off
position to stop all functions and turn the engine
off. Twist to pull the red Emergency Stop button
to the on position to operate the machine.
22 Tower Tilt Green Indicator:
When lit, indicates that the tower has been tilted
far enough so that it is approximately vertical.
23 Drive Forward/Reverse Switch:
Turn the switch to the left and the trailer will
drive in forward. Turn the switch to the right and
the trailer will drive in reverse.
24 Steer Right/Left Switch:
Turn the switch to the left and the trailer will
steer to the right. Turn the switch to the right
and the trailer will steer to the left.
25 Scissors Close/Open Switch:
Turn the switch to the left and the scissor stack
will lower to close. Move the switch to the right
and the scissor stack will raise to open.
26 Tilt Down/Up Switch:
Turn the switch to the left to tilt the tower down.
Turn the switch to the right to tilt the tower up.
27 Turntable Right/Left Switch:
Turn the switch to the left to rotate the turntable
to the right (or clockwise). Move the switch to
the right to rotate the turntable to the left (or
clockwise).
28 Platform Down/Up Switch:
Turn the switch to the left to tilt the platform
down. Turn the switch to the right to tilt the
platform up.
29 Tower Down/Up Switch:
Turn the switch to the left to move the tower
down. Turn the switch to the right to move the
tower up.
30 Intercom Switch:
Move the intercom switch to speak to the
platform control operator. Release the switch to
listen to the platform control operator.
31 Platform Controls Remote Speaker Volume
Knob:
Rotate the volume knob clockwise to increase
speaker volume. Rotate the volume CCW to
reduce volume and to turn off the intercom
system.
32 Ground Control Speaker Volume Control Knob:
Rotate the volume knob clockwise to increase
speaker volume. Rotate the volume CCW to
reduce volume and to turn off the intercom
system.
