TO REPLACE HYDRAULIC PUMP V--BELT

FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or

Servicing Machine; Stop On Level

Surface, Set Parking Brake, Turn Off

Machine And Remove Key.

1. Tilt the seat assembly forward and engage

the prop rod. Disconnect the battery cables

from the battery.

2. Loosen the jack shaft V--belt tension spring

threaded rod. Push forward on the V--belt

idler arm and remove the V--belt from the

flywheel sheave.

3. Loosen the hardware holding the hydraulic

pump to the mount bracket. Push the pump

down and remove the V--belt from the pump

sheave.
