28. Reinstall the main brush.

29. Go to the right side of the machine in the

main brush area. Reinstall the square key

and two groove sheave (small sheave to the

inside) onto the outer end of the jack shaft.

Hand tighten the two set screws tight.

30. Position the main brush drive belt onto the

jack shaft and brush drive pulleys.

31. Move the idler pulley forward in the slot until

the belt is tight. Tighten the hex nut to

18 -- 24 Nm (15 -- 20 ft lb).

32. Install the vacuum fan V--belt over the jack

shaft sheave.
