6200D 330395 (8--99)

4. Remove the two hex screws holding the

starter to the engine. Remove the starter

from the flywheel housing and out of the

machine.

5. Position the new starter back in the flywheel

housing. Re--use the two hex screws and

tighten to 18 -- 24 Nm (15 -- 20 ft lb).

6. Reconnect the electrical wires to the starter.

See schematic in this section.

7. Reconnect the battery cables to the battery.
