4. Loosen the jam nuts holding the idler plate

tension spring threaded rod. Remove the

tension spring.

5. Push the idler pulley mount plate down to

loosen the tension on the main brush center

V--belt.

6. Remove the V--belt from the engine sheave,

idler sheaves, and main brush jack shaft

sheave. Remove the V--belt from the

machine.

7. Install the new V--belt onto the engine

sheave, idler sheaves, and main brush shaft

sheave.
