BRUSH PRESSURE GAUGE

A. Brush Pressure Gauge
B. Brush Pressure Gauge Needle
C. Red Zone
D. Green Zone

The brush pressure gauge needle should
be at the top of the green zone. If
necessary, adjust the brush pressure with
the brush down pressure knob until the
brush pressure needle reads at the top of
the green zone. The adjustment works
better if the floor is wet with cleaning
solution.

B. Brush Down Pressure Knob

8. Pull up on both or one of the switch levers

and proceed to clean. The machine can be
pushed and pulled like a vacuum cleaner.
The recommended scrubbing path is
pushing the machine forward, overlapping
paths, much like mowing a lawn.

SCRUBBING WITH MACHINE

9. When cleaning next to walls or under

kickboards, use the operator’s right side of
the machine for closer scrubbing.

10. Watch for foam build-up in the tank through

the clear tank cover. If the foam starts rising
into the fill area of the solution tank, shut off
the machine. Add defoamer to the solution
tank, or drain some of the solution from the
tank and add clean water.
