Installing the Super Flangeless Fittings

The Super Flangeless™ fitting consists of three components: a nut, a ferrule, and a stainless
steel compression ring (see

Figure 11

). The compression ring has two sides (see

Figure 12

When you place the three components of the fitting on the end of a solvent line, the flattened
side of the ring faces the nut and the angled side of the ring faces the ferrule.
