5. Unscrew the low-pressure solvent lines connected to the solvent proportioning valves.

6. Using a flat blade screwdriver, loosen the small, nylon screws that secure the actuating

coils to the proportioning valves, and then pull the actuating coils off the ends of the
proportioning valves (see

CAUTION

Take care not to pinch the wires that connect the actuating coils to the

pump. Pinching a connecting wire can irreversibly damage the thin electrical wire
housed within the white insulated coating. The damage might not be apparent until
you attempt to run the pump.
