To activate Call Forward:
1.
Dial „1‟ and receive the “Destination Entry” prompt (“Please enter the number to forward to").
2.
Dial the Station Number as follows:
To forward to another station, dial the station number.
To deactivate Call Forward:
1.
Dial „2‟ and receive the “Station forwarding is canceled” prompt.
To return to the Main menu:
1.
Dial „9‟ and receive the “Mailbox Settings” prompt.
Conditions
1.
If the user is external, the user must begin dialing within and dial subsequent digits within the VSF
Inter-Digit Timer; if not, the call is released.
2.
The Mailbox Set Forward is only available for external users.
3.16.4.7 Voice Mail error tone cut timer
Description
When external callers have left a voicemail message the LWS listens for busy tone to end the call, the VSF
records these few seconds of busy tone and will play them back when you retrieve your messages. The
VM error tone cut timer will truncate the end of the message.
Setting this timer too high could result in part of voicemail messages being permanently deleted.
Operation
To set cut time
1. Press the
[Menu]
soft button.
2. Dial 3 4 4
3. Enter the time in seconds (00~99).
4. Press the
[Save]
button.
3.17 Wake-Up Alarm
Description
This feature allows a user to set a wake-up time or desired time to be alerted. When the time is
reached, the system will signal with an audible and visual signal.
Operation
To register Wake-Up:
