Internet Phone User Manual

4.6.2. Version

Version information is important especially when upgrading the firmware to the

latest version. If you have any problem in the Internet phone, please report the

version information, and the IP address of the phone to the service provider. User

can get the boot ROM version and firmware version by this menu.

STEP 1

Press ‘Menu’ button on the key pad of Internet phone.

STEP 2

Select ‘5: Information’ in menu selection.

Use navigation key to see the next

information.

Press ‘Cancel’ key to return to the

upper menu.

STEP 3 You can see the following display. ‘Boot’ means the boot ROM version,

and App means the firmware version.

Press ‘Cancel’ key to return to the

upper menu.

4.6.3. Mac Address

Every hardware products has own hardware address peculiar to itself, that is, MAC

address. The MAC address can be used not only by the ISP or ITSP but also by the

manufacturer. When the ISP or ITSP or the manufacturer asks this information, you
