Codec
This menu is to select the preferred codec used in Fast start mode. The Internet
phone supports G.711a, G.711m, G.723, and G.729 for codec selection. In other
words, the audio capability of the Internet Phone is G.711, G.723, and G.729.

Select ‘2: Codec’ in call setup menu selection.
