Guarantee and Service
This product is guaranteed by the service provider for a period of one year, after the
date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. The
guarantee is not valid if the defect is due to:
1)
accidental damage,
2)
natural disasters including fire, earthquake, flood, thunder etc,
3)
misuse or neglect,
4)
use of wrong power,
5)
use of faulty connection device,
6)
repair or remodeling by others without permission.
7)
wrong firmware upgrade
However, in these cases, we can repair the product at cost to the customer.
