Turn machine OFF. 

2.

 

Turn carrier gas (Air/O

2

) OFF. 

3.

 

Remove and drain tubing and sparger. 

4.

 

Remove sparger from spring clips. 

 

To clean the sparger: 

1.

 

Run warm water through tubing to flush out any solid 
contamination. 

2.

 

Reinstall sparger in reverse order.
