be entered, remove and replace the line cord from the back of the Millennium to reset the phone for normal operation.
PROGRAMMING THE HOTEL MESSAGE(S) TO BE DISPLAYED
The Millennium can be programmed to present the Hotel Messages in a variety of different combinations. See MILLENNIUM
DISPLAY FUNCTIONS on page 6 for a complete description of the various options.
To set the Hotel Message(s) to be displayed:
1. Power off the Millennium by unplugging the line cord from the back of the phone.
2. Press and hold the SELECT button next to the LCD display.
3. Restore power to the Millennium by reinserting the line cord.
4. Continue pressing the SELECT button until the LCD displays:
5. Release the SELECT key and press MENU six (6) times. The LCD will display:

- This option will display each message one after another.
SHOW EVERY 06HR
- This option displays Hotel Message #1 and then “updates” the displayed message to Hotel
Message #2 after a 6 hour period. Hotel Message #3 will be displayed after another 6
hours, cycling back to Hotel Message #1 after an incremental 6 hours.
