The relays do not switch
▸
Locally
Please check if the housing cover has been
screwed in place, as this will otherwise trigger
the tamper contact and lead to a relay deactiva-
tion for safety purposes.
▸
When also using the additional module
“safety relay”
Please verify the wiring from the door intercom
station to the safety relay (cf. chapter „4.1. Sich-
erheitsrelais“). Please restart the entire myinter-
com Plus device and then press the switch on
the safety relay for at least 2 seconds.
The open door function does not switch
Please follow the same approach as indicated
in “Relays do not switch”. Please also verify the
voltage operating area of the open door func-
tion. You can only connect open door functions,
which are operated with a 12V DC/AC.
The door bell does not ring
Please verify the door bell settings (cf. chapter
„3.4. Türgong einstellen“ auf Seite <ÜS>).
No access to the door intercom station
Please verify your installation and ensure that
the setup suits the corresponding installation
option (using PoE, two-core technology). Cf.
chapter „3. Installation“ correspondingly.
Please remove the housing cover and check, if
the green power LED on the reverse side of the
device is lighted.
Should you still not have access to your door
intercom station, once you have completed
these steps, please replace the patch cable.
