Once again, the user name holds the reference
information to establish a connection with the
IP video door intercom. Consequently, you do
not need any additional information regarding
the IP video door intercom you are about to be
add. Tap "ring tone " and choose from the list
provided:
Press the “Legal Information “ button to
receive additional information on the provider
of the app.
Press the “Feedback “ button, to access our
feedback form. Please also use this feedback
form for any technical assistance you may
need. The generated feedback e-mail contains
important information such as app version and
type of tablet or smartphone and its operating
system. This information will help our techni-
cians to answer your question more quickly.
Any information is used for support purposes
only and will not be made available to any third
party.
Choose “None”, should you wish not to be
disturbed. Use the slide controller to adjust
the speaker volume of the video door intercom.
Tap "Save " to end the process. When you tap
“Delete “, this will remove the selected video
door intercom from the app configuration.
Use the “Check “ key to verify, if the internet
function of the door intercom has been enabled.
In case the option “Confirm action” has
been activated, every action, e.g. activativing
the door open function, will prompt a security
query.
